The live auctioning of being a character in "Unknown: The Devil's Corral" went fast and furious. The yellow numbers were flying high back and forth. Join us as we launch G.M. Weger's debut, award-winning novel, "East Garrison". The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a public reception with the author, cash bar and some nibbles. At 7:00 p.m. join us in the Salinas Room for a discussion and PowerPoint presentation of the book titled: A Journey From Fort Ord to East Garrison. The author will discuss her process writing the novel and the development of the characters
through specific settings on the Former Army base. Book-singing and Q&A to follow the talk. All books must be purchased at the National Steinbeck Center to be signed.
